Dennis Worden is driven to add value to any ministry or organization he serves.
With a heart for ministry and an understanding of what it takes to generate response, Dennis has been a valued friend and partner.”
— Dr. John C. Maxwell
Founder, INJOY/EQUIP
Dennis Worden is known as a motivated, visionary leader who has considerable experience at building strong and loyal collaborative relationships. He is an outstanding communicator in encouraging Christians to press beyond mediocrity and rise to excellence.
During his 24 years in commercial Christian radio, Dennis served as General Manager of three major market stations, KKIM — Albuquerque, KCFO AM/FM — Tulsa, and KKLA — Los Angeles, before becoming Vice President of National Programming for Salem Communications. Dennis is one of only two individuals to have been named twice Broadcast Station Manager of the Year by the National Religious Broadcasters.
In 1996 Dennis joined John Maxwell and The INJOY Group as Director of Marketing and then was asked to become the International Director of Partners in Prayer, fulfilling a life time goal of John Maxwell to raise up over one million prayer partners for pastors.
In January 2001, Dennis was named President of The Duncan Group, the most respected sales training company in the mortgage banking industry. In 2004 The Duncan Group purchased INJOY and Maximum Impact from John C. Maxwell. As one of three owners of newly formed Maximum Impact Group, (Injoy, Maximum Impact, The Duncan Group) Dennis sold his interest in April of 2006 to launch Worden Associates and Synctous Inc.
David Eberhart enjoys helping companies build value — whether it’s shareholder value for the next year or spiritual value for eternity.
David spent the first 17 years of his career building graphic production and design companies and doing communications consulting with Fortune 50 companies including UPS, Georgia-Pacific, and Coca-Cola. After a brief stint in the Internet “Gold Rush” that included experience raising capital and running the marketing arm of a $200M company, he turned away from “big corporate” and focused his attentions on working with ministries, churches, and small businesses.
Over the last nine years, he has built many solid, fruitful relationships with many ministries and para-businesses, including INJOY, Walk Thru the Bible, and The National Christian Foundation. David also continually seeks to partner with business owners who understand that profit is measured not only in this world, but also in eternity. In the last five years, he has helped several businesses bridge the gap between start-up and profitability.
David is the author of The Solomon Business Degree: Acquiring and Sustaining Wealth Without Losing Your Soul, produces a weekly e-devotional, Solomon Sunrise, and is co-founder of the start-up ministry, Daily Incremental Growth (DIG!).
